I don’t talk about my family much, only because I prefer to keep that side of my life private, but I have to share with you the love that I have for my husband and son.

A couple of Christmas’ ago, I brought my beloved husband a remote control helicopter.  It is only meant for inside use, and it stayed in the drawer until a few nights ago.

My son is an avid lego fan, and has built his own helicopter complete with a landing pad.  I can only presume that this was the inspiration for my beloved to get out his helicopter, and within a couple of nights, he has become quite good at flying it, making it circle the room, without knocking anything over and he is really proud of himself.

Here at the pic’s to show you the boy’s toys.

My son’s lego shows a landing port, his helicopter and a helipad, which he would put Dad’s helicopter on if it had an untimely accident.

The compass was produced because every good helicopter pilot needs to know which direction to fly in!

We have my stepson coming out tonight for a weekend of more fun and mayhem.  I am so lucky to be surrounded by so many lovely men whom I love so dearly!  Thanks guys :o)

Yip, son is 5, eldest step son is 13 and husband is 30 mumble, such adorable ages! Youngest steppie is 10, but he isn’t that happy about coming out at the moment. He burnt the bridges…

It was a fun weekend, went camping and found some gold flakes in the river. Successful weekend!
