This is what I love about the country.  I could hear this noise out on the road and turned to see that cat freaking out and jumping off the windowsill – yes, it is cow moving time!  Don’t get to see that in the City!

Anyway, that wasn’t what I wanted to write about.  I am making some progress in my Medusa story, which some of you will know was starting to get to me.  I had the plan, it was working, but I was fretting because I figured I was going to run out of story before I ran out of words.  Well, I think that is likely to happen, but I have the ending, and I really like it.  Its a little different, and ties it into the beginning, so what more can I ask for??!

So Medusa is sitting at 37467, which isn’t too bad, and I hope to add more to is before the day is over.

I have also started on Life Lessons from the Dead – which I am so excited about, but I really want to get Medusa finished before starting a new project!  But I have done 500+ words today, and which I will slowly add to over the week – this is my Creative Workshop piece working with Themes in each story.

My housework hasn’t been done, but hey, writing waits for no man… or woman!

I always have that problem – running out of story before words 🙁 Hopefully that will get better in the future!

Sounds like you’ve been productive with the writing! Housework will be there some other time… it can wait 😛

Yip, I hate housework! I always try and get it done first, but you know what, it waited today, and although I haven’t vacuumed, it is now 2:15pm and I have brought the wood in, made the rissoles for tea and have the vegies peeled – so its not like I haven’t done anything ;D

Yeah, I vacuumed yesterday – I had too! Couldn’t stand the mess anymore!
