Routines - 1 March 2026

How did it become March already, I was at work writing 1/03/2026 – I still haven’t got used to

writing 2026 yet. Slow down the bus, I want to get off!

Things have been slowly easing down to normal for me, which has been good. Because I was starting

to meet myself coming backwards!

My routine now, is go to the gym early, get home, do some writing (although lately it has been

formatting and loading onto the ‘Zon) and then I am free for the rest of the day, whether it is work,

gardening, housework or something else.

Having a routine is good for my soul. I wrote last week about finding positives in everything you do,

and writing and gym makes me happy, so that’s a positive, and now I have my space back, I am very

protective of it. I like to have that time to use as I need, my creativity needs to be released. If I’m not

writing, I need to be creating either cards, or something paper related.

If I can’t be creative, I can find myself falling into a depressive state, and I really don’t like that space.

Being creative gives me some purpose in my life.

Tuesday – 3 March (3/3) – yes, there will be a pattern. Gaining Grace is released in July (7/7) and

Having Hope will be released in November 11/11.
